This fully furnished craftsman bungalow is located in the north end of Tacoma on historic Mason Trail and near everywhere you'll want to be! Mason Trail is perfect for walking a furry friend and can take you to Jefferson Park in one direction or the bustling Proctor District in the other. Jefferson Park has a walking trail and is full of tall trees for a little escape or you can head to Proctor for some groceries and treats from Metropolitan Market, one of the many restaurants, Browne Winery, local coffee and much much more. There is also a Proctor Farmers Market year round on Saturdays. New flooring makes the space bright and modern. A complete bathroom remodel has been done with a big tub and high end shower fixtures and a new refrigerator with water and ice maker live in the kitchen. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser and oversized closet. The two bedrooms upstairs have full beds. The house includes all bedding, linens and some cleaning supplies. A BBQ and adirondack chairs are also available. The house is situated near a bus stop, freeway entrances, hospitals, 6th Avenue shops and restaurants and is a short distance to downtown. The house is on a corner offering plenty of parking. There is an attic space storing holiday decorations. There is a detached garage that is not available for use. No smoking please. Dogs are allowed, be aware there is no fence around the yard. 3 month rental term minimum. $1800 refundable security deposit. $500 refundable pet deposit. $350 non-refundable cleaning fee.
