The rental lease is for 4 months only, December 5th, 2023 to April 5th, 2024.Renters are responsible for the electric and internet, if you want it. We have a Starlink internet connection if you want to work online, it works great for Zoom meetings. The charge is $120/month for Starlink, which you can also use for television, using our Amazon Prime Fire Stick, but you pay for your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.. We will leave a full 200 gallon propane tank for use with the gas furnace. If you go through the tank, you are responsible for the fill up, but will reimburse you for the gas you do not use when the rental is over. Owner covers all maintenance, etc. No smoking, no overnight guests, no parties.We have a (mostly) outdoor cat that we ask you feed with food we provide, and let in the house in cold weather. He doesn't use a litter box. The house is completely furnished and includes towels, linens, washer and dryer, dual fuel Jenn-Air stove, gas burners and electric convection oven, toaster oven, Vitamix, in a fully equipped kitchen, etc. Security deposit and references are required.
