It has new windows and a new roof. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. Zillow suggest listing this for $1650 a month but we are only asking $1450,000 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this.
