This is a custom designed southwest style home built by me in 2015. It sits in a beautiful treed Cul De Sac with a pasture in front. It has radiant floor heat, A/C, gas fireplace, tile floors , beamed ceilings, an open office area , gas cooking, and a large fenced backyard. You can easily walk to the river Bosque preserve. There are horse facilities and separate storage units on the property to rent. We require a minimum one year lease. All pets have to be approved prior to signing a lease. First and last month rent plus $900 security deposit due at signing the lease. No smoking is allowed in the house. A minimum one year lease is required. Tenant pays the gas and electric. The landlord pays for trash pickup, water and road maintenance.
