This is a furnished rental. Available December 2023. 1-3 month leases preferred. Sky Garden is surrounded by food growing gardens on the ground level and has gardens all over the roof! During growing season, we produce fruits and veggies that are donated to the Heimerdinger Foundation to make healthy meals for cancer patients undergoing treatment. Inside, the house has a modern aesthetic with plenty of space to relax thanks to the dual living room layout. All 3 bathrooms have a showers. The house is beautifully lit at night including moody lighting on the rooftop patio. Owner pays for utilities. No smoking. No pets.
