Located on Eastern Wasatch bench very close to Big Cottonwood Canyon off I-215 freeway. A plethora of Restaurants, Shopping and Public Transportation 2-5min drive. Walking distance to 18-hole golf course. The multiple rooms give plenty of space for the nomadic worker who needs a separate space for working during their stay. Broad-band Wi-Fi with 114-120 mps download speeds. The Italy room is set up with two small desks, great natural lighting, a paper, shredder, and two comfortable office chairs. One is ergonomic. The private space is VERY QUIET. It occupies half of the bottom floor, of a large home. Apartment includes 3 bedrooms, living room, full bathroom with walk-in shower and tub/shower. Full kitchen, w/ tall 3 person sitting bar on granite counter tops and large pantry. Approximate 1500 sf total. Private entry in backyard through side gate. Newer washer/dryer located in shared common area. Very clean apt has unique decor representing 3 of the countries host has lived in: Hawaii, South Korea and Italy. Comfortable beds with nice linens and coverings. Large selection of various pillows to choose from so you you can be comfortable and sleep well. The spacious "Hawaii room" w/ comfortable Queen Bed & mattress topper, newer sheets, large comforter, 2 night stands w/ bed-side lights. Ocean/marine-style decorations throughout, and large walk-in closet. Natural light fills room w/ Levelor-style shades and tall drapes for privacy. The "Asia room" also has a comfortable queen bed with extra mattress padding, lovely sheets, tall dresser, small desk, closet and window with shades and drapes. The spacious "Italian room" separately located down the hall from the other 2 bedrooms, has 2 twin beds that are EXTRA LONG for 6-foot tall sleepers. Both have extra memory foam mattress top for comfort. The Italy room is a great area if you need a space to work from. There are two small desks with two office chairs. Italy bedroom gives most natural light through very large windows facing westward. Black-out drapes to ensure restful sleep. Host has added extra insulation in upstairs flooring to reduce sound transfer. Large, fenced, yard space with flagstone courtyard-style and raised garden beds, has a Trex-type deck providing both valley and mountain views w/ patio furniture and large umbrella for relaxing. There is a fire pit, wood, roasting skewers, and patio chairs for enjoying the evening sunsets and city light views. There are large garden areas where host grows vegetables, herbs, and a plethora of flowers. The area is quiet and private and located in an affluent neighborhood with wide roads, sidewalks and awesome views. During the winter the surrounding roads are plowed well. Parking is on the street. However, there is a one car space to park on the driveway during the snowy days. In order to keep the rates low for one or two persons booking, the nightly rates are dependent upon the number of people booked and only those on the booking are welcome to the house. If more persons, that are not on the booking, stay at the house they must be approved in advance and a nightly fee will be expected per person at a nightly rate of $25 and $50 in the ski season. Absolutely no friends pets are allowed who are not on the booking and approved. Please note that this space is only available for 30 day stays due to City ordinance.
