There is a work space nook equipped with a Mac desktop. There is also a large balcony upstairs, perfect quiet space for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the mountain views in the distance. Beautiful fully fenced backyard with large deck and fruit trees. Enjoy backyard dining with table seating for 6. Gardener services the front and backyard twice monthly. Fully furnished, basic wifi, and utilities (trash, water, gas, electric) included. $100 monthly cap each for water, gas and electric, additional overage charges over $100 will be covered by tenant.
