On lovely Venice Island, Florida our 1530 sf home is 7 houses from the ocean with a private beach for our street and backs to a creek, extremely private. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car plus garage, 15x 26 pool with waterfall and large travertine deck covered by a lanai. The house is open concept where you see from the front yard to the pool to the backyard and creek. Hardwood flooring throughout, all stainless appliances, quartz countertops, loads of windows and light, step in tiled showers with bath also in master. Exterior is is all-green St. Augustine grass and palms and 2000' of pavers to allow outdoor gatherings and parking of many vehicles. A very Florida beach house. Dog beach and Sharky's famous restaurant is a 2/3s mile walk down the beach from our private gated entrance. Charming and quaint historic downtown Venice Island is less than a mile walk or bike ride. Performing Arts Center, Venice Theatre known as one of the largest and most active community theatre in the US, and a vibrant community center are all within a mile. Sarasota, a cultural center, is 20 minutes north. Am looking to rent for January. Feb-April is booked. Sleeps 4; if closed in sunroom/theatre is used as sleeping space with comfortable blow up bed sleeps 6. This is my principal residence which has never been rented before. Everything is up to owner-occupant standard now detailed with all the comfy touches a vacationer would love. Contact me for a video which I've not been able to upload.
