MONTHLY RENTAL - PLEASE CONTACT US TO CHECK AVAILABILITY. Welcome to Clearwater Bohemian Escape! Bring your family and friends to enjoy their vacation in this beautifully decorated home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we can accommodate up to 10 guests - 4 in the master bedroom (1 king bed and 1 sofa that converts to a full bed), 3 in each of the other bedrooms (1 queen and 1 twin trundle bed in each). We also have a crib that can be set up if needed. In one of the queen bedrooms we have an office space, in case you need to keep up with work or studies. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, great to relax after a long beach day. We have a very complete kitchen ready for those who like to cook at home, with lots of seating area. You will also have access to the laundry room and supplies. In the backyard, you will find an outdoor lounge area with BBQ Grill and a Playground for the kids to enjoy. We have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that can be used during your stay. We hope you have an amazing stay! Guest access You will receive access code to the smart lock 2 days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests, with the exception of the locked closet in the hallway - that is for housekeeping access only. Provide the exact number of guests so we will make sure the house is ready to accommodate your group and will have all the amenities needed. Prior to your arrival you will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We have a set of House Rules that must be followed by all guests during the entire stay. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to additional charges and a negative review that can affect your reputation with other hosts. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. If an issue occurs that results in damage to the property and/or noise complaints, you will be fined accordingly. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs. TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture. RESPECT CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and check-out time of 11:00AM EST. A late check-out will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host. PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation. You are responsible for your pet's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the extra amount. If your pet is used to be on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
