Electricity, water and internet included. 3 months minimum stay and after that, month to month lease. 6 people max. Occupancy. Dog friendly with a pet fee $200 $2,000 security deposit. $100 cleaning fee at the end of the lease. 3 months minimum stay. After that, month to month lease. Water, electricity and internet included in the rent. One small dog is okay with a pet fee of $200. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside laundry. 2 car driveway. $2,000 security deposit payed at the signing of the lease. $100 cleaning fee at the end of the lease, taken from the deposit. Laundry can only be done 2 times a week: Mondays and Fridays. I live in the back of the main house so I can be reached out very easily if you need me. I take care of the yard and the plants. The house has a huge fenced yard. There are 2 other tenants in the back of the main house. They have their own entrance and patio.
