Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short drive away from local attractions, our home is the perfect base for your next getaway. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with linens and plenty of pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. It also has a private workspace with a desk for any work needs. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, and we also provide a full air mattress for extra guests. The living room is equipped with a smart TV for entertainment, and for those who love vintage video games, we have a classic arcade game console available for your enjoyment. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table that seats four, where you can enjoy meals or play board games. Our outside area is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful weather. With ample seating, a comfortable hammock, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay. Our home is also filled with plenty of greenery, creating a calming and refreshing atmosphere. We have taken extra care to ensure that every detail is just right, from the stylish decor to the high-quality amenities. You will also find a washer and dryer available in a room next to the garage. Located in a simple and quiet neighborhood, you'll feel like you're away from it all, but you're just a short drive from local attractions, including shops, beaches, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Guest access You will receive access code to the smart lock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. The locked door in the outside area is for housekeeping/owners access only. Provide the exact number of guests so we will make sure the house is ready to accommodate your group and will have all the amenities needed. Prior to your arrival you will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We have a set of House Rules that must be followed by all guests during the entire stay. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to additional charges and a negative review that can affect your reputation with other hosts. Hot tub will be empty on your arrival fill free to fill it in with the garden hose in the side of the house. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. If an issue occurs that results in damage to the property and/or noise complaints, you will be fined accordingly. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs. TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture. RESPECT CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and check-out time of 11:00AM EST. A late check-out will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host. PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation. You are responsible for your pet's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the extra amount. If your pet is used to be on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
