A verifiable household take home income of $3900.00 per month. You are welcome to fill out a Zillow application, but understand that is considered a pre-screen only. We require an application for EACH adult ($ 20.00 fee, per adult) that allows us to check your background, credit, verify your income and other references. All adults must fill out our paper application to have on file if accepted as a tenant, NO exceptions.
