Wood fireplace, private washer and dryer downstairs, huge walk-in closet in the bedroom. All living space is upstairs. Private garage space is included. Available either furnished or unfurnished. Willing to consider a pet but may add an extra charge. Owner lives in main house on the 2.5 acre property. Owner pays for electric, water, garbage. Renter pays for cable/wifi, and propane. No smoking.
