Deposit waived for a short-term lease (1-3 months) that begins in January 2024. (Valid from 11/15/2023 till 12/31/2023) This Victorian home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full, one half), living room, dining room and kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator, new washer and new dryer. This place is sweet and has everything you need! Fully furnished with no clutter and simple decor from our world travels and Colorado love. Never fear, we have history AND we also have fully updated electrics, plumbing, furnace, large hot water tank, etc. The large window AC and ceiling fans keep things cool for the summer months. You'll have off-street parking behind the house (alley access), and on-street public parking in front. Your charming home has a front porch and a flagstone patio in the backyard to enjoy our Colorado sunshine. The yard requires minimal maintenance, and that will be done by your landlords for any lease that is 6 months or less. We love this neighborhood for the restaurants, shopping and grocery store all within walking distance. Home is fully furnished and utilities are included - gas, water, electric, trash, internet. Minimum 3 month, maximum 1 year lease. Since our yard is not fully fenced, we do not allow pets - however for an indoor cat we may be willing to negotiate a cleaning fee agreement. No smoking allowed in the house - outdoor patios are great spots if you smoke. We require a $1500 deposit, and $1200 is fully refundable if not needed for additional cleaning or damage. We retain $300 of the deposit for carpet and tile cleaning. That means when you move in, the carpets and tile will have been professionally cleaned to begin your lease. We will maintain the yard, and tenant is responsible for keeping the yard free of clutter and shoveling walks when it snows (there are neighbors that can be hired for this task if the tenant is unable or does not want to shovel, tenant will pay for that service directly).
