The property in Eagle River offers conveniently close options to grocery stores (4 mins) and other amenities yet without the bustle of downtown Anchorage. However, commuters to the downtown Anchorage will find only a 16 min drive while those commuting to main post will find it a 11 min drive. House will now ALLOW pets. Renter is responsible for all utilities to include water, electric, gas, internet, and trash. Lease duration is 6 month. Renter must notify 60 days notice prior to termination date of lease if going to sign for another period. No smoking in house. Parking is available with insulated garage, in drive way, and on street. Pets are now ALLOWED with fee. Only medium to small dogs (approximately 70 lbs or less) and no more than 2 dogs. Exceptions will be granted on case by case basis. Renter is responsible for snow and ice removal for property. Renter is responsible for lawn care. Renter is responsible for any firearm related incidences. Owner or individual representing owner will visit the home to inspect house on condition and necessity for any house updates through term. A 48 hour notice will be provided to Renter.
