We also provide all necessary cleaning products for your needs. Golf cart is reserved with local rental company for an additional fee. Free Guest Passes are included for you to enjoy all The Villages has to offer in amenities (i.e. golf, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes, over 3,000 clubs, recreation centers, over 100 swimming pools and so much more!) There is optional Temporary Resident ID's ($50 for 2) which provides additional access to sports pools, priority resident access to some clubs/activities and free golfing on executive courses and reduced prices on championship courses (there is a $4/person fee if a golf cart is used on the golf courses). Rental price is dependent on month rented. If cancellation is necessary due to emergency, any monies deposited would be returned if landlord is able to re-rent at same rate, or prorated accordingly, less advertising expenses incurred by landlord. Rental fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is within 90 days, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same period. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. No smoking or vaping in the house, Florida Sun Room or enclosed Breezeway. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit Rent includes: WiFi, lawn care and pest control, Property taxes, and all utilities. You will be required to sign a release waiver from Golf Cart company for use of rented golf cart. Bicycles are available for use with a signed bike waiver. There is 11% Florida tax on Rentals less than 6 months and 1 day. This tax is the responsibility of the tenant and in addition to the rates quoted. There is a cleaning fee of $180.00. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Optional Fees: $50 OPTIONAL Temporary Resident ID Fee for 2 people (paid by TENANT to The Villages) allows access to the following: Golf on over 30 executive golf courses (free of charge other than a golf cart path fee if using a golf cart on the course) and access to 13 championship golf courses (fees apply), Sports pools and over 3,000 organized social club activities.
