A California lease agreement will be required with a preferred minimum term of 3 months. A term length of 1-12 months will be considered. All persons intending to reside at the property must be disclosed to landlord and included in lease. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the home or on the property. No pets are allowed without full disclosure and approval in writing by landlord. A small-med sized pet will be considered.
