Looking for a short term renter(s) through May of 2024. 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in Conifer. The basement is currently rented by a long term, reliable, and super easy to live with renter who has a dog. The upstairs space has 2 owners suites, 1 full bath, full kitchen & beautiful living room to yourself (not shared space). The only shared space is the laundry room located down stairs, with path to it having the opportunity to be private still. Fenced in yard for your pets (behaved pets are welcome as long as they can coexist in yard with roommates dog). Oversized shop/garage for storage, projects, or hobbyists. Current renter is reliable, respectful, reclusive, and quite. Very easy to live with. We need a respectful and reliable renter for the short term until we list the house on the market next Summer. Again, rental is guaranteed through May 2024. One months rent is the deposit, not first and last like most places. Background check and credit check will need to be passed for potential renter(s). The view is fabulous and the pricing/timing is right for people saving to hopefully buy next year! Utilities are included in rental price (reasonable usage terms). Only pets allowed by city regulations for this property. Property care including snow removal is the responsibility of the renters. This is on a shared driveway with snow removal responsibilities being split as well. Neighbors and current renter are great, only folks who can coexist respectfully will be considered. Again, background check and credit check will be ran, paid for by owner. $150 of the deposit will be kept by owner for heavy cleaning of the property following their exit. No smoking in the house, beautiful outdoor space to do so, just be fire conscious (it is CO).
