Hello! We need to rent out our home for 6-9 months starting Jan 2024. Option for partially furnished too! It is located just 5 minutes drive from downtown Lafayette (restaurants/breweries/shopping) but the address is technically Erie and it's in Boulder County. We're right next to Safeway/Starbucks/Liquor Store/Lowe's/Dairy Queen in the Arapahoe Ridge neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a giant resort-style pool with baby pool, large park, playground, tennis/pickleball courts, and sand volleyball court. The house is recently renovated with new hardwood floors on the main level, new painting throughout and updated fixtures. We're looking for someone to not just rent the house but take care of it so it's not in poor shape when we come this summer. Details: Top Floor: 3 bedrooms and large landing area with bookshelves/desk, 2 full bath Main Floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, sitting area, office, hall bath, laundry room Basement: fully finished with 2 bedrooms (one with walk-in closet), wet bar, living area and full bathroom Backyard: large with mature trees and 2 garden boxes available to use Pets: cats or very small dogs (please don't contact us if you have a medium/large dog) Utilities not included but solar panels make them low (~211/mo. water/sewer/elect throughout the year). We'll leave them in our name and send you bills monthly as we get them. Must follow Arapahoe Ridge rules/regs. Responsible for mowing/sidewalk snow removal. 1 month rent deposit required. $400 non-refundable cleaning fee. Utilities not included but solar panels make them low (~211/mo. water/sewer/elect).
