I am the homeowner and I loved this house, but moved to be closer to the city. The space is fully furnished - choose as many items to keep as you'd like and I can put the rest in storage. Renter is responsible for utilities besides internet. Small well-trained dogs allowed for $50/month extra. No smoking inside the house please. There will be another tenant in the floor below - they have a separate entrance and noise is minimal though. Owner will retain use of the large garage and sheds in the back, but you may use the garage for storage. Renter is responsible for lawn mowing in the summer. 1 year lease preferred, but other timeframes negotiable. 1 month deposit. Space is fully furnished by default, but you can replace any items with your own, or it can be available fully unfurnished.
