The Olympic View Lodge is a beautifully decorated with a modern aesthetic throughout the common spaces of the home. The newly installed high-end gas stove makes the home cozy and the big comfy couches are perfect for curling up on, while a full wall of windows allows views of the ever-moving chairlifts from within the entire common space and most of the bedrooms. Please note there is no television in the living room, but you'll have all the entertainment you need watching the slopes from the comfort of your own home! Renters of this property have called this "arguably the best place to relax after a day of skiing" in the entire Olympic Valley. There is a security deposit (one months rent) that is refundable at the end of the lease less the cleaning fees and any damages, a $500 pet deposit (if applicable) that is refundable less any cleaning fees or damages, a non refundable $250 booking fee and tenants are responsible for all utilities. Water, gas and electric are transferred into the tenants name for the lease and then snow removal, trash, internet and cable (if there is any cable) remain in the owners name and are prepaid for upfront.
