Large 5 + bedroom (6 bedrooms but one has no closet) , 2 bath home on Tahoe's West Shore available for ski lease this winter. This home is in the coveted Tahoe Park neighborhood close the Homewood and Palisades (formerly known as Alpine and Squaw) ski resorts. Sleeps 13+. Just a short walk up the hill from Sunnyside Restaurant, the new Shadyside/restaurant, the beach and the West Shore Market. Price per month includes garbage, water, sewer, high speed internet, cable, and driveway plowing. You will pay gas and electricity for the duration of your ski lease. We are somewhat flexible in regarding move in and move out dates, but we are ideally wanting a 5-month commitment. Start date has flexibility and could start as early as late November. We ideally would like renters to come see the property before renting it. No pets/no smoking. Here is a detailed description of the house: Mud Room There is a mud room when you first enter the house that is great for all your ski gear. Downstairs: Master Bedroom Huge Master bedroom with king bed. Multiple huge closets. Master Bath Recently remodeled shower and tub. 2 sinks. You can see paint samples on the walls as we are about to paint. Kitchen and dining area Recently remodeled kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with supplies and cooking essentials. We have added two mini refrigerators to this room for additional food and beverage storage. Gas stove. Dining table has seating for 7. Family Room Gas burning stove, large, comfortable couch, TV. Game Room We have a room adjacent to the family room that has a cabinet with games and a large ping pong table. This is not in the photos (ping pong table is outside during the summer but is moved indoors during the fall and winter) but we will have a photo of this soon. Laundry Room Large washer and dryer in room off the master bathroom. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser and one closet. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, dresser and two large closets. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and an armoire for clothing storage. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, a closet and a dresser. Bedroom 5 we call the play room. There is no closet but it has three twin beds, a dresser, some toys, a couch and TV. Upstairs Bathroom Recently completed renovated. Double sinks. Shower, no bathtub. Sleeps 13+. We also have two twin rollaway bed in one of the closets. Huge backyard. We have taken in BBQ and all tables and stored them in the outside shed. Driveway can fit 4 cars. This home is located in an area with the potential for a very high snow load. 4WD/AWD with snow tires or chains required during the winter months. Due to Extreme Fire Danger The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at the rental property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires. During the ski season, you are 10 minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort and 15-20 minutes from Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) which is the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe. Palisades Tahoe has a shuttle that runs continuously between the base area of Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows when both resorts are open for operations, weather, and traffic permitting.
