Pay ski lease in advance for 0 cleaning fees. (Valid from 11/26/2023 till 12/24/2023) Close to Sugar Bowl and a block from Donner Lake Pier 33. Great neighborhood , close to shopping and town. Skiiers December 1st through April 1st with possibility to extend. Garbage, sewer, internet by owner. Tenant pays snow removal, water, electricity and gas. Sleeps six, parking pad for 3 cars. Winter rental, 4 months with possibility of extension. Cleaning fee will be charged in advance, renters that pay ski lease in full in advance will get credited cleaning fee (subject to condition on move out.) Otherwise first and deposit due at signing and rent due by the 1st of each month. Water, gas, electric, snow removal paid by tenants. Sewer, garbage, internet paid by landlord. Tenant will need to clean out fireplace regularly to maintain safe environment.
