This is a great house in a fantastic location, just off Wedington Dr. with an animal hospital, grocery store, gas station and many restaurants just a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet with a semi-rural setting. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It also has a two-car garage. The framing of the house is made of steel, not wood, preventing termites and ants from being an issue. The air conditioning system was replaced in the summer of 2022. All of the rooms are spacious and the backyard is huge. There are two raised garden beds in the backyard, and there is also a steel building that can be used to store a lawnmower, bicycles, tools, etc. This house is a great place for a family. We prefer to conduct any discussions regarding pets in person and gain an understanding of each individual circumstance. The inside of the house is being completely repainted, including the garage. We're also replacing the carpet in the living room and master bedroom. Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of the property (mowing, leaves, shrubs, flowers, etc.) as well as paying for all utilities.
