There is a $10 credit check fee for each applicant if completed online via email ($12 if the credit check fee is submitted directly to the property management company in person). - Each application must be submitted to the current agency used by the management company for a credit report. The applicant's credit score must be 650 or higher. - Income must be two times the rent of the desired residence. Each applicant must supply proof of income by supplying applicable documents (if employed, at least three months of current pay stubs or a current pay stub with year-to-date information). - Each applicant must have a positive recent rental reference, if applicable. If applicant owned/s a residence, then proof of payment history (no late payments) will be required. - Any application containing false information will be immediately denied.
