Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a private entrance to the basement, a fenced in yard w/playground, as well as, a pool open seasonally. You are able to watch TV on the 55" TV, take a swim, and cook yourself a warm meal in the kitchenette. Has its own private bathroom. Full fridge. Close to shopping areas, walking trails, historic sights, amusement parks, and University of Mary Washington. About 45 mins to Quantico and 1 hour to Washington D.C. or Richmond. To get to your private basement, when looking at house, go through gate on left. There is a light beside the gate and the path leading to the basement is also lit. Your private space includes a bathroom, a living room, a bedroom, and a kitchenette (with full size fridge!). Looking for a 1- 5 month lease. $1300/month $500 refundable security deposit
