Nestled amidst nature's beauty onsite at Arapaho Valley Ranch, this cabin is just a short walk from the South Fork of the Colorado River, Lake Granby, and Monarch Lake. These 400 SF cabins offer a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort and some of Northern Colorado's best views. The main living area boasts an open-concept layout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural wood finishes, exposed beams, and tasteful decor enhance the cabin's charm. Cabin #1 offers two cozy bedrooms with comfortable Queen beds and soft linens. The living room has a pull-out sofa and a small sleeping or storage loft. Cabin #2 offers one bedroom with a Queen bed and three other cozy sleeping areas. A set of bunk beds in the hallway, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. This cabin is perfect for a large family of 5-7. Each cabin has a well-appointed bathroom with modern amenities, including a shower, sink, and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features modern appliances: a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are all provided. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventures. There is parking next to the cabin for up to 2 cars. Up to two pets are allowed. Additional pet fees apply. Leases are for One to Five months only. There is no smoking in the house. There is a two-pet maximum.
