The 2nd bedroom is small with a twin bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. We are 5 minutes from Georgetown and D.C., 3 blocks to the ART bus line, 1 mile to the Clarendon Metro stop and 4 blocks from the intercity bike trail. We are 1 block from a playground and forest trail to the Potomac river. We are 6 blocks from a grocery store, Starbucks, CVS, and other restaurants and shops. We are pet friendly, and have two dogs in the upstairs house (if you are sensitive to noise this may be something to think about). Long or short term furnished rental includes all utilities including internet. Pet friendly apartment, dogs require a $400 deposit, cats a $1000 deposit (we had a cat claw our new couch to shreds). First, last and deposit due at lease signing. No subleasing without owners approval.
