This is a ranch style 4 to 5 bedroom two bath house with central air and a large backporch. It has a large family room as well as a dining area just off of the kitchen. There is a privacy fence around the backyard and a metal shed. The driveway is double wide so there is plenty off street parking. Renter will be responsible for all of the utilities. this is a no pet non-smoking house. The security posite of $1500 will be due at the signing of the lease. and the first month's rent. It will be due prior to moving in the residence. Utilities must be in tenant's name prior to occupying the residence. If a 3 to 5 year lease is signed the rental amount will be guaranteed not to increase during the lease period.
