This unit is well lit and has plenty of windows. This Apartment is not below ground it has four large windows in bedroom and living room that open up to our lower patio. This is an extremely safe place as we are neighbors with the Ward 3 Police Station. Do not worry about noise they are very polite to us. This is also an ideal rental as we are not a massive apartment building. All utilities are included. There is a private parking spot available for the renter. This unit comes fully furnished will all new appliances and furniture! Renter will share washer and dryer with us. We also have Gas BBQ willing to share and if you would like to have a small garden we encourage it as we love to grow our own veges and herbs. Laundry is shared with us. We are 100 meters from the largest Giant grocery store on the planet and have several restaurant opportunities. Just up the hill from Georgetown and a few blocks from National Cathedral with multiple green spaces for jogging. We welcome a dog in the unit but no cats. Any dog needs to be kid friendly. We have a one year old French Bulldog that is very friendly. We are zoned for Eaton Elementary, one of the highest rated public elementary schools in the region. Easy bus access to AU and downtown from this location. one mile walk to the zoo. Many new restaurants opening in the nearby Wegman's complex and great nearby restaurants already here. We are looking for a minimum six month rental agreement. Note: There is no standard oven but a large toaster oven is available. Use of the main house oven can be arranged from time to time. Also keep in mind this is a kid friendly location and you may hear our children from time to time in the main house, though it will be mostly quiet and peaceful.
