Beautiful 2 bed 1.5 bath home is located on the east side near the University of Evansville, right off Lincoln. We have a few qualifications that need to be met before a tour of the home will be scheduled. Applicant must meet the following 3 qualifications. - Income that is 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. ($4,050/month ~ $48,600/year) -3 consecutive years with the same employer; either currently or with you last employer. -Free from arrests and evictions for the past 5 years.
