Once you see the rental and you decide that you would like to rent it then you will need to submit to a credit, background, and eviction check. It's a soft credit check that costs $30 and you will pay that directly online when you submit. The reports will come back as Accept, Low Accept, Conditional, or Deny. This will determine your deposit amount. Accept is equal to 1 month rent, Low Accept is a 1.5 month deposit and Conditional is a double deposit.
