This is a tiny house in the middle of the block. The Google Maps photo makes it look like a big house....look down the narrow concrete driveway and you will see a small house. This house has not been empty for a long time, so I can't get updated photos until after December 1st when current tenant moves, then it should be available mid December. One small bedroom with closet, another room for office and/or bedroom, but it is small and does not have a closet. There is a living room and small kitchen. The basement has hookup for washer and dryer but you have to go outside to get to it. This is a great neighborhood with a tiny home. There is a detached garage.
