Water will be added to next months rent. Lawn will need to be kept mowed. All snow and ice needs to be removed in a timely manner from walkways and front sidewalk. Rent will be due no later than the 5th of every month or a $50.00 late fee will be added. Renters insurance will up to the tenant for any coverage. Any maintenance issues need to be reported in a timely manner.
