You will have access to a grill and a smoker on the deck and many seating options for inside and outside for entertaining. It never gets hot on this deck because of the natural shade! The sweet birds will serenade you all day. You'll see much of nature here visiting deer, rabbits, even a wild cat on occasion fox and of course the adorable, chipmunks and squirrels sometimes raccoons. 2 blocks up the hill is a hiking trail head, for the land trust. It's like living in an enchanted ecosystem but you're actually in the heart of Huntsville15 minutes from just about anywhere. Furnishings in this house are pretty eclectic, many things from travels, including silk rugs, handmade wool rugs, Scandinavian furniture sets, old Italian Midcentury, as well as some on the newer side, restoration hardware, West, Elm, etc. The art on the walls has the same bohemian feel with lots of local artists and of modern/abstract and tree themed art. Tastefully created for the perfect home away from home. The "treehouse" is available and we can be a bit flexible on lease. At present it is on Air bnb as a Corporate rental 3 months at a time so it is available for 3-6 or 9 month options also. Either way, we would love to host you and we just know- you are going to love it here! Small house trained dogs allowed with $400 non-refundable security deposit. No cats (owner allergic). No smoking inside home. Terms 12 months and negotiable. Plenty of parking for entertaining but no large parties please. Wonderful peaceful cul-de-sac was very sweet, quiet, neighbors.
