The clubhouse has a year-round heated indoor pool with hot tub, steam room, and sauna. On-site gym, 8 tennis and pickle-ball courts, bocci ball courts, basketball, pool and ping pong tables, a cafe. Several community clubs to join. There is also a country club in the community (separate membership required) with golf course. Owner will cover the cost of community amenity dues, sewer, and trash.
