The home is a one-level home, with two bedrooms towards the side of the home. You will rest and relax comfortably on the memory foam queen-sized beds - one in each bedroom. The full bathroom is across the hall from the bedrooms. We also offer a pack-and-play for your littlest guest to rest. The ktichen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking your favorite meals. The dining space is at the dining table or the kitchen counter. And for the little ones, we have a high chair along with children's plates, cups, bowls, and silverware always available. The living room has a comfortable pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements, along with pillows and linens. Keep yourselves entertained with board games and a Roku with streaming capabilities, ready for you to enter your login information to your favorite apps. - Owner pays for all utilities and lawn care/snow removal. - Lease terms start at 28 days and have a maximum of 4 months. - Furnishings and appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, washer/dryer, security system, internet) included. - The guest is allotted one parking space or may park in the street. - Guest shall dispose of all waste during rental term. - Smoking is not allowed in or on any area of the property, both indoors and outdoors. - Any tampering or disconnection of the security system or internet will warrant immediate eviction.
