We are remodeling this house. It will have all new windows, new interior doors, new flooring, new paint and the two bathrooms will be completely new and two of the four bedrooms will be completely new. It will have a brand new electric furnace and AC and brand new water heater. New roof and all new siding. It is spacious at 1912 square feet and has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a carport. We are estimating it will be completed around the 1st of April. Renter will pay for all utilities and will be on a one year lease. We do require a credit and criminal and financial background check and do this through Zillow. No pets are allowed unless specifically agreed upon which will increase the security deposit or monthly rent depending on the situation. Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
