This is an Academic rental period from September 1, 2023-May 15th, 2024. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No Smoking. No pets. No parties or long term visitors without owner approval. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am as this is a quiet, intimate community neighborhood. Must be respectful of neighbors. No storage room available for large items. Please NO parking under the house- driveway only.
