Lease Term: This lease shall be for a term of 3 months or longer. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted on the premises subject to the landlord's prior approval. The tenant must provide details of the pet for approval and may be required to pay an additional pet deposit. Long-term Guests: Any guest staying for longer than one week must receive prior approval from the landlord. Failure to obtain approval may result in a violation of the lease terms.
