Welcome to Villa Roja- your fully furnished home-away-from-home just east of downtown GVL! Our pet-friendly (with fee) monthly rental includes all utilities and is centrally located to all Greenville has to offer. This modern retreat is about 3 miles (a 10 minute drive) from Falls Park. We can't wait to host you! Located less than a mile from the conveniences and amenities of Laurens Road, Villa Roja is sure to enchant those wishing to move to the area or those needing to retreat to the upstate for an extended stay. Upon arrival at the property, guests may park in the carport or driveway. You will enter through the charming red door to the comforts of this vibrant abode. The doorway opens into the colorful and modern living area, where a comfortable couch and 2 accent chairs await you. The living room is also equipped with a television (Roku enabled with guest accounts) for you to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Just off the living area is our fully-stocked kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal. The kitchen also has a table and chairs with seating for four. Across from the eat-in kitchen is the first full bathroom, where you can also find the washer and dryer. This bathroom has a shower, toilet, and single vanity. Along the hallway, you will find the first bedroom, which has bunk beds with premier linens (twin over full) and a large dresser for clothing storage. Down the hallway, guests can retreat to the second bedroom, which has both a dresser, closet, and queen bed. Across from this bedroom is the master suite, which includes its own en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination, toilet, and single vanity. The master boasts a large closet and comfortable queen-sized bed. Outside, guests and their pets (allowed with a $250 pet fee;$100 per additional pet) may enjoy the spacious fenced-in yard with mature trees. We can't wait to host you at Villa Roja, where all utilities and wifi are included and pets are welcome with a fee!
