The house is cheap to heat courtesy of new gas furnace. House is located in a residential neighborhood and has a full front yard, back yard and detached single car garage. Stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer hookup (no washer or dryer provided) are included. Tenant pays all utilities. No pets, not even the cute little ones. Only completed online applications will be considered. Due to the number of replies I will not respond to requests for a showing that do not have a completed online application for all of-age people that will be living in the house. No tour without a completed application. Tenant pays all utilities. The $1100 deposit and first month rent ($1100) are due before move in. In addition, all utilities must be transferred to new tenant before occupancy starts. All tenants 18 or older must pass background check.
