A credit report or substantially similar report will be completed on all adult Applicants/Tenants 6. Employed Applicants will be asked to provide pay stubs for the past twelve (12) consecutive months 7. Applicants must provide three (3) consecutive months of bank statements for income verification 8. Previous rental history will be reviewed and no negative rental history will be accepted 9. A criminal background check will be completed for each Applicant 10. Applicants should be able to obtain renter's insurance 11. No more than 2 small or medium size pets allowed (cats or dogs). Pet rent and non-refundable pet deposit per pet are required at the time of lease execution. Pets exceeding 65 pounds are not permitted.
