Owner pays HOA dues, optional user dues/fees are tenant responsibility. **This home is located in Salemtowne, a 55+ active adult golf community and at least one resident is required to be 55 years of age or older. Salemtowne rules do not allow any resident under 18 years of age. New tenants must meet with Salemtowne office personnel within 14 days of move in to complete orientation and registration agreeing to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Salemtowne.
