New remodeled home in 2022. Cathedral tongue and groove pine ceilings with dimmable can lighting. 3 bdrm / 2 bathroom single level home in a private lot of Bass Lake development. The outside has a gazebo with grill and full deck with surround seating and evening lighting. Master bathroom has a tiled walk=in shower. The house has brand new knotty pine doors, new flooring, new sheetrock, new H-Vac system, new cabinets and new lighting throughout. Everything was replaced in 2022. We want to rent it furnished with our existing furniture (Master king bed, guest queen bed, trundle in spare, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, couches, chairs, end tables, kitchen high top table and coffee table). The rent includes yard maintenance, internet and water. The tenant has to put the power in their name. Renter is responsible for power bill. I will cover internet, water and yard maintenance. The lease is for 1 full year, then the tenant can stay as long as they like after on a month to month basis. Just give a 30 day notice if moving out.
