Adorable but tiny(!) one bedroom house with porch and lovely field and pond views. Fully furnished. All utilities included+ internet. Suitable for single person not working from home. (It's tiny!) *No pets. House Between Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, 15 minutes drive from each. Excellent hiking on property. No washer/ dryer/dishwasher or ac. But there are fans and breezes! This house is in nature- on a 300 acre farm with beautiful hiking paths but occasionally with spiders and other bugs appearing ( if you are terrified spiders it's not a good house for you) bears, mostly in the Fall walking through the farm, coyotes and bobcats. * Please don't ask about your pets ( I'm sure they are very nice!) it's not a safe place for pets or a big enough space indoors. No smoking, absolutely no pets( please don't ask we all love our pets but this is not a suitable house or location for animals). All utilities included. There is no washer or dryer or dishwasher. The toilet is a biolet compost toilet.
