Two bedroom, one bathroom house on the outskirts of Fayetteville. The house has new flooring and is freshly painted with a private drive. Stove, washer/dryer, and fridge included in rental. The house uses gas for the stove and heater. There is a front yard, but it is not fenced in. Very quiet area. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit of $200 per pet. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Pets are allowed with pet deposits. No more than 3 pets total. Renter is responsible for the safety of their pets as the front yard is not fenced in. Private drive. Landlord will handle yard maintenance. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Will sign 6 month to 1 year lease.
