The Great Room's open floor plan is a lovely place to gather with a dining room, living room and gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace all in one place. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a convection oven. The large kitchen island has six comfortable seats, making it easy to gather with family and friends. The kitchen also has a heated floor. The second living room on the first level has ample seating, with a 58" TV and gas fireplace. The heated floors in the entry add to the coziness of this nice living room. BED and BATH The three bedrooms are all large, with high ceilings and their own bathrooms. The bedding and bath towels for all the rooms are plush and luxurious, adding to the great experience of staying in this home. The top floor features the Master Ensuite as well as the second bedroom and bath. The Master Bedroom looks out on a beautiful, private backyard with lovely trees. The master bathroom features marble flooring with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with two shower heads. It also features two large walk-in closets, as well as a vanity with two sinks. Take a soak in the tub looking out on the beautiful backyard or step out on your own private deck and take in the beautiful mountain air and scenery. The second bedroom, located upstairs, has its own bathroom adjacent to the room. The views from this bedroom are stunning. Trees and the private backyard make this a peaceful, tranquil setting. If you're lucky, you'll see some deer, elk or moose strolling by. There are also double doors opening to a beautiful deck. The third bedroom is located on the first level and is complete with its own private bathroom. Quiet and cozy, our guests always say how much they love sleeping in this room. Heated floors will lead you down the hallway to your room. Heated floors and two gas fireplaces add to the coziness of this great house. There's a double-car garage as well. The location is perfect: 10 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort, 5 minutes to Woodward ski area and the Sundance Film Festival. Free bus transportation is at the bottom of the hill, getting you to skiing, the film festival and Salt Lake City. Dining, shopping, skiing and the Film Festival are all just around the corner.
