Lease with option to purchase will be considered. Updated in 2022! Our home is fully furnished and it does include all utilities (with a cap on utilities,) lawn care, and pool maintenance. The best views on lake Lanier with deep water/private dock, 3.5 acres in the city, and NO HOA. We do allow monthly rentals (no subleasing or rental arbitrage.) However, we do prefer a long term lease (12 -24 months.) With a long term lease we will consider removing our furniture. Serious inquires only!
