BEAUTIFUL AND PRIVATE FAMILY HOME. This house is a fully furnished 2100SF home. Including a 4 bed 2 bath, hot tub, Fire Pit, grill, porch, 2 car garage, and fully supplied kitchen. My intent is to keep it fully furnished so furniture is included in the rental price. The price does not include utilities. Minimum of 4 month lease. Recently, my brother has occupied the RV on the right side of the house and will be occupying it while he looks for a new place to stay. He is 31 years old, college-educated, and works at a government organization. I want to assure you that he has no criminal history and holds a high-ranking clearance issued by the government, which makes him a very trustworthy person. I want to emphasize that my priority is to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me at any time. I appreciate your understanding, There is a hot tub in the backyard. If the renter wishes to use it then its upkeep and maintenance will be the renter's responsibility. If a contractor must be hired to fix it or maintenance due to neglect then the renter will be billed for the fee(the contractor will determine cause of damage). Hottub is about 1 year old and should have no issues. If the renter doesn't wish to use hottub then I can shut it off during the duration of your lease. Security deposit and first-month rent are due at lease signing. Minimum lease duration is 4 months. Maximum lease duration is 2.5 years.
